Our Vinyasa Yoga Classes is the ideal way to discover yoga in a safe and fun space.

Week by week we will introduce the basics of yoga to include postures, sequencing, alignment and breathing techniques.

You will receive personal attention from our experienced teacher (Emma) and work at a pace that means you work slowly and thoroughly step by step.

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Commonly referred to as “flow” yoga, it is sometimes confused with “power yoga“. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Our Classes will run with a maximum of 6-7 people so you truly get that personal feel. 

Our Classes Run on Thursdays at 8.30pm

Our Classes are £10 per session
