1-2-1 Lifestyle and Health Consultation where we can discuss your health and fitness goals and begin your fitness journey.

£15 Deposit

All our Class Packages are on a rolling monthly contract with a 1 month cancellation. Class packages do not include Yoga classes or any courses.
