Our Build a Body Bootcamp Circuits run on a weekly basis in our studio in Kiln Farm! Our Boot camps circuits are tailored for all abilities and all age groups using a variety of equipment like barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, tyres and your body. Our bootcamps are designed to improve your fitness levels, increase strength and stamina and assist with weight loss whilst having fun in a friendly professional environment.
Classes run on MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS at 6.15pm and Thursdays at 5.45pm - ALL abilities and fitness levels welcome so come along and have a fun and friendly workout! Exercises will be progressed or regressed dependent on individuals so we really do accommodate everyone!
All our Bootcamp circuit packages are based on 4* or 8 sessions** and are ongoing so you do not need to wait... AND YOUR first session will be completely FREE!! So come and try today.
