Moms Squad is semi private personal training session specifically tailored towards all our amazing mums out there. Moms squad is a small group strength and fitness conditioning session designed for up to 6 mums looking to improve their fitness, strength, endurance and self confidence with other like minded mums. We work hard, get fitter and stronger but most importantly we do it whilst having fun😊

These courses will run for 5 weeks (designed to fit in with the school holidays) and will include the following -

*1 x semi private PT session
*1x Weekly home workout to do in your own time during the week or a gym based program if you have access to a gym.
*Complete access to our online support app where you will be able to log your food, monitor progress, upload progress pictures and measurements, and follow your training program online.
*Online group support and regular contact with your trainer Carla whenever you need
*A weekly fitness challenge
