Our team of trainers would love to meet you for a 1-2-1 Lifestyle and Health Consultation where we can discuss your health and fitness goals in a private, friendly environment and map out a plan for you to help you achieve your goals.


In your Consultation Session we will discuss and offer advice on:-


  • Your Fitness Goals

  • Your Lifestyle and Current Commitments

  • Your Barriers to Fitness

  • Your Nutrition

  • Your Likes and Dislikes

  • How To Fit Training Into Your Current Routine

  • Exercise Recommendations

  • Body Composition Analysis

  • Mini Taster Session

  • A deposit of £15 will be taken at time of booking your consultation to hold your time slot, this will be deducted from your first paid block of sessions
