Stuart has been in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years, with a degree in Sports Science he has a wealth of experience in Weight Loss, Weight Management, Pre and Post Natal, Injury Rehab and Sports Conditioning.
I have always had a passion for Sport and Fitness. From a young age I swam for county, and in my teens fought for Junior GB Judo team.
Like many of you I have worked in an office for over 7 years, sitting at a desk looking at a computer for 8 hours a day, with little or no time for the gym. I understand the time restraints and commitments my clients face. I like to keep my fitness programs exciting and interesting, and believe fitness and nutrition should fit your lifestyle and shouldn't be about fad diets.

Andy started his Personal Training long before becoming a personal trainer. His friends, having seen his own body transformation, wanted his help to get their ideal body. As he started to guide them Andy realised that his passion lies in helping others to transform themselves.
Andy Says "my methodology is simple, no nonsense and effective. Without limiting your lifestyle I will help you to reach your fitness and body goals with small habit changes and only the most effective exercise techniques".

Carla has always been passionate about health and fitness, she has a degree in health and fitness management and a diploma in personal training. Carla has a special interest in swimming, weight loss and body composition.
I am a competitive swimmer, achieving 9th for 50 m freestyle in the European masters London 2016, and double British Champion at Nationals 2018. I love being active and challenging my body and my ability both physically and mentally.
I believe it is important to find 'your' right balance, everybody is individual with personal needs and goals, and I want to be there to help you achieve what you and your body is capable of in a fun and challenging way.

Yoga had been part of Emma's life for 6 years, then she got an amazing opportunity of training with Yoga Haven in Morocco where she gained her 200 hour Vinyasa Flow and meditation qualification.
Emma has a passion for teaching Yoga and loves that it helps you stretch, detox and works the body as well as calms the mind.
Emma's teaching style is powerful, playful and heartfelt.
She trains a lot in the gym lifting weights so finds yoga balances and supports her body to help with flexibility and recovery.
Emma says "favourite place is anywhere people are gathered to sweat, breathe and break boundaries together.
My aim is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced."
