We are a Personal Health and Fitness Training Service offering a variety of 121, group, mum specific and corporate  fitness training tailored towards your individual needs. As time is valuable to our clients we also offer our Online Personal Training Package which offers all the benefits of our face to face packages but allows you to train as and when you like without having to commit to a specific time or date.

Whether you are looking to lose weight, tone up those stubborn areas, gain muscle, pre or post natal or recovering from an injury, we have the expertise to assist you to achieve your goals in the most effective way possible.

Stuart has been in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years, with a degree in Sports Science he has a wealth of experience in Weight Loss, Weight Management, Pre and Post Natal, Injury Rehab and Sports Conditioning.

I have always had a passion for Sport and Fitness. From a young age I swam for county, and in my teens fought for Junior GB Judo team.

Like many of you I have worked in an office for over 7 years, sitting at a desk looking at a computer for 8 hours a day, with little or no time for the gym. I understand the time restraints and commitments  my clients face. I like to keep my fitness programs exciting and interesting, and believe fitness and nutrition should fit your lifestyle and shouldn't be about fad diets.

Andy started personal training long before becoming a personal trainer. My friends, having seen my own body transformation, wanted my help to get their ideal body. As I started to guide them I realised that my passion lies in helping others to transform themselves. 


My methodology is simple, no nonsense and effective. Without limiting your lifestyle I will help you to reach your fitness and body goals with small habit changes and only the most effective exercise techniques.

My training style involves key lifts and movement patterns to help build and improve stability, strength and power.

Carla King


" Mother of 2 beautiful children and competitive swimmer, I understand how trying to fit exercise into your schedule can be hard. "

Carla has always been passionate about health and fitness, she has a degree in health and fitness management and a diploma in personal training.  Carla has a special interest in swimming, weight loss and body composition.


I am a competitive swimmer, achieving 9th for 50 m freestyle in the European masters London 2016, and double British Champion at Nationals 2018.  I love being active and challenging my body and my ability both physically and mentally.

I believe it is important to find 'your' right balance, everybody is individual with personal needs and goals, and I want to be there to help you achieve what you and your body is capable of in a fun and challenging way.

" I am also a big advocate for fitness in support of mental health. Having had my own battle with mental health I know first hand the difference exercise can make ....

Donna is a newly qualified personal trainer with a passion for getting people moving. Though she is new to instructing, she isn't new to fitness, and it is her own positive journey through personal training that inspired her to become a PT. 


My fitness journey started when I began playing roller derby back in 2012. Skating in a full contact sport meant i needed to be fit so I started going to the gym and in 2016 I got my first personal trainer.


Sadly in 2018 I had to retire from skating, after 6 amazing years, due to 2 pretty serious injuries. That was when I found build a body and I began my next step of my journey - injury recovery! I had to learn to move and walk again and it is still a process I am working on today. 


I am also a big advocate for fitness in support of mental health. Having had my own battle with mental health I know first hand how much of a difference exercise can make and I want to share that with others. 


I have a no judgement aproach to training, anyone can get moving regardless of size, age or anything else.

Gavin Jolley


" I have always been passionate about health, fitness and sport...." 

Gavin is a Level 3 Personal Trainer with a passion for health and fitness. Gavin has trained for over 20 years and became a Personal Trainer to share his knowledge for exercise with other people.


I have always been passionate about health, fitness and sport; I am extremely interested in the combination of these elements.


I am a keen tennis player and have entered and won a number of regional tournaments. I am currently completing my Level 2 LTA qualification and I am coaching cardio tennis sessions; in which I incorporate strength training, isometric exercises, dynamic footwork, heart rate monitoring and tennis specific exercises (such as lunges). 


I am also a black belt in taekwon-do and an assistant instructor at my club. I have competed in national tournaments and have medalled. I love any form of striking training and would love working with you to improve your boxing or kick boxing skill.


I strongly believe in making training fun, varied and challenging. I want to work with you on your fitness journey to achieve your specific goals.
