Our Small Group Training offers all the benefits and results as our 121 Personal Training, with the added benefits and motivation of working out in a Small Group and for as little as £12.50 per session.
Using our Fully Functional Gym, whilst working under the supervision of our Personal Trainers, we will progress you through a verify of different training protocols whilst learning new exercises and techniques.
To support your gym sessions, we will also provide you with home/gym workouts to do on your own, Monthly recipe books with a variety of meal ideas to support you with your fitness goals, and a private Facebook group for support and camaraderie.
Early Mornings, Mid Morning and Evening Sessions
Our Small Group Training packages vary allowing our members to choice how often they would like to train from 1 session a week to our UNLIMITED Package
